Exhibition of companies – offer
On the occasion of the congress, an accompanying exhibition of companies will traditionally be organized. We offer you a whole range of possibilities for presenting your company. The Biochemistry Congress assume the participation of approximately 400 people and will be divided into several moderated thematic sections. The auditorium will consist of invited lecturers, experts in the field of molecular biology and biomedicine, postgraduate and undergraduate students. The congress language is English, and the conference participants will be from the Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, Austria and Germany.
Other demands and requirements of sponsors can be agreed with the organizers such as:
- sponsoring coffee breaks
- sponsorship of conference bags
- sponsoring blocks and pencils
- sponsoring name tag lanyards
We offer these sponsorship options
Advertising in the Program/Abstract book
- color design / 1 page 330,00 €
- black and white design / 1 page 200,00 €
Other options
- Distribution of company materials upon registration 125,00 €
- company lecture 20 min. 400,00€
- section sponsorship 330,00 €
- sponsoring of the section of your choice /possibility of sponsoring bags, lanyards, pads, and pencils (upon agreement)
Sponsors will be listed in all printed materials of the congress and on the websites of the congress and the Slovak and Czech Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

Important information for exhibitors!
We offer these sponsorship options:
- Basic exhibition area: 4 m2 / 2 x 2 m
includes: the table with 2 chairs with accessories (e.g. internet connection and electrical connections). The price for a standard area is included in the exhibitor registration fee. - Larger exhibition area is available upon agreement with the organizer through intermediary (e-mail: info@ssbmb2023.sk)
- Exhibition area extended to 6m2 (3x2m)
- Exhibition area extended to 8m2 (4x2m)
Registration fee for exhibitors includes:
- Invitation to Welcome Reception on 10.9. (evening)
The registration fee of the exhibitor in the amount of 500 euros is valid for one person of the company.
In the case of several participants from the same company, it is necessary for them to register as an accompanying person.
